Now Hiring - Business Development Specialist in Renton, WA

Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire a Business Development Specialist. This role exists to provide leadership necessary for the development and execution of lead generation through our Retail Program. This position will be responsible for securing new locations with local businesses as well as assisting in the growth of our customer base by arranging and maintaining kiosks in those settings. . This role will join our Events and Retail Marketing Team and report directly to our Events and Retail Manager.

What You'll Be Doing - The Role

Business Development Specialist Responsibilities

• Research the community to identify business opportunities, create and implement programs to expand the Company’s sales potential within the market area
• Develop and maintain relationships with business locations
• Secure booth space for our top-quality door and window product with the local stores and businesses
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Inspect the sales process and keep informed on sales activities
• Generate and qualify sales leads by implementing strategic marketing practices applicable to the locations.
• Achieve sales goals outlined by Marketing Leadership and consistently grow our customer base to meet the Company’s financial objectives
• Analyze the marketing funnel for each location to reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Create and develop the culture of our business through the business programs we develop.
• Maintain punctuality in accordance with the retail department and expected hours outlined in the compensation section of this job description

Promotional Marketing Responsibilities

• Securing business locations for retail kiosk placement
• Act as a liaison between the sales department and other sales related units
• Analyze local marketing trends to implement impactful lead generation strategies
• Analyze and execute action plans in a quick and timely manner to meet or exceed department goals

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in business-to-business development
• 3 years of customer service and public speaking experience
• Must be able to effectively lead, prioritize, manage time and projects, and multi-task in a fast paced, growing company environment
• Detail oriented while having the ability to operate efficiently in a busy environment
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications and sales promotion
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Problem solving ability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver license
• Ability to travel is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
